RETURNS AND EXCHNAGES

Domestic (USA) Returns:

You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 business days of your order delivery date (for orders purchased between the dates 11/28/2024 - 12/31/2024 the return window is 60 days)

We cover your shipping cost to send back items to be exchanged and we also cover the shipping cost to send your items back for store credit.

Break Free does not cover the return shipping cost for refunds to original payment method.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and should be returned in their original packaging with tag still attached.

Simply start your return or exchange by emailing us (breakfreeus1@gmail.com) your order # and reason for return

Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

 

International Returns:

You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 business days of your order delivery date (for orders purchased between the dates 11/28/2024 - 12/31/2024 the return window is 60 days)

We don't provide free shipping for international returns or exchanges. Customer must provide their own shipping label and tracking information to our customer service team.

Did you receive an incorrect item in your order?

 Please contact us at breakfreeus1@gmail.com and include the following information:

Your order number

Name on the order

Email used for the order

Photo of the incorrect item and packing list

Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 7-10 business days.

 

Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

Please email breakfreeus1@gmail.com and provide the following details:

Your order number

Name on the order

Email used for the order

Your request (refund or send another product?)

Photograph clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.
